Coulee Medical Center Guild will have a table at the Saturday Market at North Dam Park, Saturday, July 26. Pies, cinnamon rolls, hot dogs, moso bags, coffee and water will be on sale. The Senior Meals program will offer breakfast burritos for sale. Bring a pair of shoes for the “Shoe Drive” and get 50 cents off any purchase.

Coulee Dam’s next council meeting will be at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 12. Its second meeting in July was cancelled for lack of a quorum.

Retreat

in planning

Electric City’s council has decided to take a retreat to do planning for activity in the city. But they won’t be going until February next year so that any newcomers to the council can be present. Two positions will be decided by voters this November.
