All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide either written or oral comments concerning the 2015 Budget at said Preliminary Budget Hearing.

A copy of the 2016 Preliminary Budget for the City of Grand Coulee will be available to the public on November 10, 2015, at the City Clerk’s office, 306 Midway Ave., P.O. Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. Upon request to the Clerk’s Office, a copy will be mailed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2016 Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on November 17, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2016 budget at said public hearing. The council chamber is handicapedp accessible. On the 20th day of October, 2015, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington, passed Ordinance No. 1027. A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the title, provides as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5.04 OF THE GRAND COULEE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO COMPLIANCE WITH OR ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL LAWS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
