PUBLIC NOTICE
The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following land use and development permits:
1. Okanogan County Public Works has submitted a shoreline development application (15.199) to either construct a new arch plate bottomless culvert or construct a new concrete bridge at approximately mile post 5.07 on Park City Loop Road, OCR #3683 (reference North Star Park City Lower Bridge B-3) due to failing bridge which has caused road closures. The site is within Township 32 North, Range 30 East, Section 25 on Tribal Tract 101-T262 and is within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
2. Okanogan County Public Works has submitted a second shoreline development application (15.200) to construct a new concrete bridge in an existing location of Joe Moses Road Bridge B-15 at approximately mile post 2.148 Joe Moses Road, OCR 3586 which has a five-ton weight limit, along with bi-weekly inspection requirements for monitoring bridge condition. The site is within Township 31 North, Range 31 East, Section 33 on Tribal Tract 101-T261 and is within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
3. Albert Roberts has submitted a land use and development application to rebuild a home following the Tunk Mountain Fire this summer within the Game Reserve of Haley Creek area. Permit #15.188 will be a 12’ x 44’ prefabricated one-bedroom cabin located at 260 Haley Creek Road within Township 33 North, Range 28 East, Section 20, Okanogan County Parcel #3328200038, and is within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
4. Albert Roberts has submitted a second land use and development application to rebuild a home following the Tunk Mountain Fire this summer within the Game Reserve of Haley Creek area. Permit #15.187 will be a 36’ x 40’ two-story log home located approximately .89 miles up Pine Stump easement road within Township 33 North, Range 28 East, Section 20, Okanogan County Parcel #3328200038, and is within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan County.
A public hearing for the above-mentioned Shoreline Development Permit Applications will be conducted on Wednesday December 16, 2015, at the NEW Tribal Government Center on the Colville Indian Agency Campus starting at 9:30 a.m. The Planning department is located in the West Wing, Second Floor. Written comments will be accepted until December 15, 2015, at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing. Coulee Area Parks and
Recreation Dist.Public Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget for the Coulee Area Parks and Recreation District has been prepared for the year 2016. The Final Budget Hearing has been set for Monday, December 14, 2015. The meeting will be held at the Grand Coulee Middle School from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m.; a special board meeting will follow. Interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide oral comments concerning the 2016 Budget at said Final Budget Hearing.

The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate.
