City of Electric City, WA
Notice is Hereby Given that the Electric City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, beginning at 5:45 p.m. at Electric City Hall, located at 10 Western Avenue, Electric City.
The purpose of the public hearing is to allow the public an opportunity to present testimony and/or written comments for or against the proposed assumption of rights, powers, functions, and obligations of the Electric City Transportation Benefit District. Attendance and comments by the public are encouraged. City Hall must receive written comments submitted for the record by 4:00 p.m. January 8, 2016. Mail comments to City of Electric City, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. City Hall is handicapped accessible.

The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court.
