Slippery weather leads to wreck

Police and ambulance workers respond to an accident that occurred at 10 a.m. Saturday on Columbia Avenue during a heavy snow. The 32-year-old driver of the Suzuki wagon applied brakes at the bottom of the hill as Highway 155 enters Coulee Dam and slid into a parked car on the right side of the street. The Suzuki's air bags deployed and the car ended up on the other side of Columbia. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions. - Scott Hunter photo
