REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Program (VSP)

The Grant County Conservation District (GCCD), in partnership with Grant County Commissioners, is seeking Requests for Qualifications to develop the Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) and RCW 36.70A.700-760 for Grant County. We are looking for a company to work with GCCD to develop the plan for the appointed VSP watershed working group and develop the work plan to protect critical areas while maintaining the viability of agriculture in watersheds.
