Troy L. Fancher, 55, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Troy was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at age 19. His diagnosis never discouraged his determination to live the fullest life possible. He is now free of the limitations that bound him on earth.
Troy was an avid football fan and knew a lot about the game. He was a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan; he is forgiven for that discretion.
A special thanks to Megan Rolly at Touch of Love Adult Family Home in Moses Lake for going the extra mile and providing dignified care.
Troy leaves behind his mother: Virginia Canterbury, Spokane; sister: Tana McGuire (Terry Pemberton) Yelm, Washington; brother, Todd (Jennifer) Fancher, Grand Coulee; nieces: Courtney McGuire, Tacoma, Washington, Kobi Morris and Tori Johnson, Spokane, Washington.
Troy was preceded in death by his father Bobby Fancher and brother Tony Fancher.
