Tonasket defeated both the Raider boys’ and girls’ tennis squads Thursday, after shuffling schedules to accomodate the weather.
A White Swan match that had been scheduled for April 15 has been moved to the 29th, so that LR could travel instead to Tonasket to the makeup match last week.
At Tonasket, Lake Roosevelt did win a boys’ doubles match in which John Drapela and Jordan Charles “played very well and dominated their second set for the win,” according to Head Coach Steve Archer.
He also praised the girls’ doubles team of Savannah Hobrecht and Hannah Wapato, who “put their foot down and finished with a win” after Tonasket had won three sets in a row.
The Raiders hosted Davenport in a Monday match that had been rescheduled from before spring break. Tomorrow the Raiders will travel to Oroville to take on the Hornets, at 4 p.m.
