Coffland and Payne receive FEA scholarships

The Grand Coulee Dam Federal Employees Association is proud to present two $500 scholarships to Rebecca Coffland, of Grand Coulee, and Cassandra Payne, of Electric City. Their achievements and success set an example for others to follow.

The GCDFEA is a non-profit service and recreation organization dedicated to support its members and the current and retired employees of Grand Coulee Dam and the federal agencies in the Grand Coulee Dam area.
