NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public workshop will be held by Electric City and the Washington State University’s Rural Community Design Initiative from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2016, in the park behind City Hall, located at 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington, to receive public input regarding the planning of Parks and Recreation in Electric City. We will be discussing and asking for further suggestions on the draft design proposals presented by RCDI for Electric City’s parks, trails and revitalization.

The public is encouraged to attend, comment and be involved with sharing and seeing the vision of Electric City. Ice Cream will be served and provided by MJ’s Bistro in Electric City. 2016-2017 Budget Proposal & Hearing

 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Nespelem School District #14, Okanogan County, Washington, will meet on July 25, 2016, at 5 p.m., in the District Business Office for the purpose of holding a public hearing for review and adoption of the 2016-2017 fiscal budget. Any taxpayer may appear at said meeting and, in accordance with District policy regarding Board meetings, be heard for or against any part of the budget.

Notice is hereby given that the Nespelem School District #14, Okanogan County, Washington will complete the budget for the fiscal year 2016-2017 and place it on file in the school district administration office July 11, 2016.  Copies thereof will be furnished to any person who calls upon the district for them.

2016-17 Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Grand Coulee Dam School District #301 will be presented to the Board of Directors for its consideration.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Lake Roosevelt Junior/Senior High School library located at 505 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam, Wash. 99116.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or in favor of or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Superintendent, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, Wash. 99116, where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours.

Formal action on the Grand Coulee Dam School District 2016-2017 Budget will be taken by the Board at their regular Board meeting on Monday, July 25, 2016.

ACCU Construction, Inc., Han Ryu, 2098 S Grand Ave Ste A Santa Ana, CA 92705, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.

The proposed project, Grand Coulee Dam, is located at various roads and parking lots surrounding Grand Coulee Dam Industrial Area and Power Plants Area, including Boat Launch Ramp Access Road and a portion of Federal Highway 155 in Grant County.

This project involves 15 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road construction activities.

The receiving waterbody is Franklin D Roosevelt Lake.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this application, or inter-ested in Ecology’s action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II anti-degra-dation requirements under WAC
