It's a girl for Vargas/Heppner

Francine Vargas and Matthew Heppner, of Nespelem, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Brooklyn Kahlise Heppner, born Friday, July 22, 2016, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington. She weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz., and was 22 inches in length at birth.

Sibling is Alexis Ezell Heppner.
