2017 Revenue Source/Ad Valorem Hearing
To the Citizens of the Town of Coulee Dam, notice is hereby given that the Town of Coulee Dam will hold a Public Hearing on the Revenue Source/Ad Valorem Tax for the Budget year 2017 on November 9, 2016, at 6 p.m. during the regular council meeting at Town Hall. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written or oral comments on Revenue Sources and possible increases in property tax revenues at said hearing.

The Board of Directors of the Grand Coulee Dam School District desires to sell its undivided interest in surplus real property generally referred to as the “Center School Property” located at 317 Spokane Way, Grand Coulee, Washington 99133, and legally described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 12 and 13 of Block 12; Blocks 15 and 16, and all of Subdivision Reserve “B”, Grand Coulee Center Addition to Grand Coulee, according to plat now recorded in Auditors Office of Grant County;
Consent is given that the West thirty (30) feet of Ferguson Road be vacated, also all of Wesley Heights except thirty (30) feet abutting the South Portion of Block 14, same plat;
Situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington.
Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number(s): 011081000; 011083000; 011084000; 011086000; and 011280000.
Sealed bids will be received by the Superintendent of Grand Coulee Dam School District No. 301J, 110 Stevens Avenue, Coulee Dam, Washington 99116, until 2:00:00 p.m. P.S.T., December 1, 2016.
Bids shall be on the forms provided by the District. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2017 Budget Public Hearing will be held by the Lincoln County Fire District #9 on November 10, 2016, at 6 p.m., at the Nazarene Church, two miles east of Grand Coulee on SR-174. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2017 Budget at said public hearing.
