NWS says we should expect moderate to heavy snow tonight

A winter weather advisory from the National Weather Service advises that we should expect snow to imapct travel, starting late tonight. Here's their advisory:

...MODERATE SNOW IS EXPECTED TODAY...WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW

EXPECTED TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...

.A PAIR OF WINTER STORM SYSTEMS WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION ON

MONDAY...WITH A SECOND FOLLOWING CLOSE BEHIND LATE MONDAY NIGHT

AND TUESDAY. FORECAST CONFIDENCE IS HIGH THAT REGION WILL SEE

ENOUGH SNOW TO IMPACT TRAVEL ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN VALLEYS AS WELL

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS

EVENING TO 5 AM PST TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...COEUR D`ALENE, POST FALLS, HAYDEN, MOSCOW, PULLMAN,

ROSALIA, GRAND COULEE, ODESSA, WILBUR, COULEE CITY, SPOKANE,

DAVENPORT, AND ROCKFORD.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH BETWEEN ODESSA

AND MOSES LAKE.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES FOR SPOKANE...COEUR

D`ALENE...DAVENPORT...AND COULEE CITY. 1 TO 3 INCHES FOR PULLMAN

AND MOSCOW.

* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE THIS EVENING AND

BECOME HEAVY DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. A TRANSITION FROM

SNOW TO RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING OVER THE

PALOUSE AND PORTIONS OF THE COLUMBIA BASIN SOUTH OF INTERSTATE

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL TREACHEROUS. ICE

ACCUMULATIONS IN THE ODESSA AND MOSES LAKE AREAS WILL HAVE THE
