RFP #3 - Seeking Concrete Contractor
The Colville Tribal Correctional Facility (CTCF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP); seeking a concrete contractor for replacement, repair, and improvements, including a drainage system, to concrete sidewalks to prevent seasonal frost heave.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The undersigned has been appointed and qualified as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.49.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative of their attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing of the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceeding were commended. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020 (1) (c) or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this timeframe, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following land use and development permits:
Vanessa Gregory is applying for a variance to demolish her existing 1930s home and rebuild a Lexar two-story, approximately 28’ x 40’ home on her lot in Coulee Dam. The lot is commonly known as 605 Fir Street, Okanogan County Parcel 0610530200, lot 2 block 53 Coulee Dam and is located within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation.
A public hearing for the above-mentioned land use and development Permit Applications will be conducted on Wednesday April 19, 2017, at the Lucy Covington Government Facility (Colville Indian Agency) starting at 9:30 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing. All comments may be sent to Pete Palmer, Land Use/Shoreline Administrator, P.O. Box 150, Nespelem, WA 99155 or they can be faxed to her attention at 509-634-2581. INVITATION FOR SEALED BID
Notice is hereby given that the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) Community Facility Manager will accept sealed bids for the Colville Tribal Net Pens RV Park project. The project consists of the construction of a 31-stall RV Park with associated road access, boat parking, CDX restrooms, showers, and fish cleaning station, dump station, well house, guard shack and campgrounds.
The contract time for completion of the work is 130 calendar days. It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List.” Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for addenda issued on this project. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington should you require assistance with access or registration.
Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided within the contract provisions. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier’s check, or certified check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the CTCR.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and received no later than 2:00 p.m. (prevailing local time) on Thursday, April 20, 2017. The FedEx delivery address is Community Facility Manager, Colville Confederated Tribes, 21 Colville St., Nespelem, WA 99155; hand delivery at the CTCR Facilities Maintenance Office, Yellow Cloud Building, 28 Lakes St. Agency Campus, 2 mi. south of Nespelem, WA 99155 and/or USPS P.O. Box 150, Nespelem, Washington 99155.
Bid openings will be held immediately thereafter and read aloud in the CTCR Facilities Maintenance office. The CTCR reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid after the time announced for the bid opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
All work performed on this project will be subject to the provisions of Washington State prevailing wage, General Decision WA160079 01/08/2016 WA79 will apply. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 1p.m.
