RFP #1 - Contractor for Medical Room Improvements

The Colville Tribal Correctional Facility (CTCF) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP); seeking a contractor for Medical Room improvements including building a new wall with door, relocating cabinetry, and installing a sink with plumbing.

RFP #2 - Seeking Fencing Contractor

The Colville Tribal Correctional Facility (CTCF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP); seeking a Fencing Contractor to install a six foot (6’) tall chain-link perimeter fence around Tribal Corrections & Courts Property.

RFP #3 - Seeking Concrete Contractor

The Colville Tribal Correctional Facility (CTCF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP); seeking a concrete contractor for replacement, repair, and improvements, including a drainage system, to concrete sidewalks to prevent seasonal frost heave.

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m.

on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The undersigned has been appointed and qualified as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.49.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative of their attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing of the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceeding were commended. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020 (1) (c) or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this timeframe, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

TOWN OF COULEE DAM, WASHINGTON

ORDINANCE NO. 745

AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, relating to the wastewater system of the Town; specifying, adopting and ordering the carrying out of a system or plan of additions to and betterments and extensions of the Town’s wastewater system; declaring the estimated cost thereof as nearly as may be; authorizing the issuance of a wastewater revenue bond anticipation note (non-revolving line of credit) in the maximum principal amount of $4,700,000, pending the issuance of a wastewater revenue bond authorized herein; creating and adopting certain funds and accounts; specifying the terms and covenants of such note; providing for delivery thereof to Washington Trust Bank of Spokane, Washington; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.

ORDINANCE NO. 746

AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Coulee Dam, Washington, relating to the wastewater system of the Town; providing for the issuance of a taxable wastewater revenue bond of the Town in the principal amount of $4,700,000, for the purpose of providing funds to pay part of the cost of the acquisition, construction and installation of improvements to the Town’s wastewater system; fixing the date, form, maturity, interest rate, terms and covenants of the bond; providing for the registration and authentication of the bond; creating and adopting certain funds and accounts; providing for the issuance of additional bonds; approving the sale and providing for the delivery of the bond to the United States of America, acting through the Department of Agriculture; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
