Neoma Joyce Iannetta, 74, passed away Tuesday morning, April 18, 2017 in Grand Coulee, Washington. Neoma was born Sunday, December 27, 1942, in Eugene, Oregon.

At Neoma’s request, cremation has taken place with no services scheduled.
