Description of proposal: Adoption of the City of Electric City Park and Recreation Plan.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.

• There is no comment period for this DNS.

• This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS.

XX This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 21 days from May 10, 2017. Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., June 10, 2017.

Grant County Mosquito Control District #2

PUBLIC NOTICE

Grant County Mosquito Control District #2 has begun the larvicide/adulticide application season. The district will be utilizing multiple insecticides for 2017. These include Altosid, Natular G30, Duet, Wisdom, Biomist and Vectobac GS. The active ingredients of these insecticides are Methoprene, Spinosad, Sumithrin, Piperonyl, Butoxide, Prallethrin, Bifenthrin and Permethrin.

Applications will continue through August 2017, all of which are weather dependent.

More information about the insecticides planned for use can be found at http://www.clarke.com and http://www.adapco.com. Treatment locations will be within the mosquito control district boundary ,which is roughly within the canyon walls from the south end of Steamboat Rock to the north end of the Grant County line.

The Washington State Department of Ecology Aquatic Pesticides Permit Manager is Heather Bartlett and she can be reached at (360) 407-6405.

The personal effects of Julie Ennis have been seized by CRI Annex LLC for non-payment of rent and said goods shall be auctioned in a lot bid at 10 a.m., on May 30, 2017, at Storage Unit #17, CRI Annex, located at 102 Stevens Street, Coulee Dam, WA 99116, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 19.150.060.

The auction may be canceled only by the tenant paying the rent owed to CRI Annex LLC at the time of the Auction.

This application is made for the following reason(s): No contact with father for four years. Kamaya would like the same last name as her mother and sisters.

The minor is not subject to the sex offender registration law of the State of Washington.
