Ending 42 years

Tim Lynch ended 42 years as manager of Coulee Dam's wastewater treatment plant last Friday. Employees held a party late Friday to acknowledge Lynch's service to the town. Lynch said he would have plenty to do in retirement, fishing for one thing. At the retirement party was Barry Peacock, who recently retired from running the town crew. - Roger S. Lucas photo
