Tuesday, 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony and adopt written findings and conclusions justifying the establishment of a moratorium, Ordinance No. 1044, on the filing and acceptance of business licenses, permits, and/or development applications for, and the location of, land uses operating or conducting commercial mini-storage businesses or operations.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and provide testimony.
Written comments may be delivered to City Hall at the above address, or mailed to PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133.
The public hearing will be held in the council chambers of the City Hall, located at 306 Midway Avenue.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A MORATORIUM ON THE FILING AND ACCEPTANCE OF BUSINESS LICENSES, PERMITS, AND/OR DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS FOR, AND THE LOCATION OF, LAND USES OPERATING OR CONDUCTING COMMERCIAL MINI-STORAGE BUSINESS OR OPERATIONS, SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MORATORIUM FOR DECEMBER 19, 2017 AT 6:00 P.M.
