Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Budget for the Town of Elmer City is now available, and that the city will hold the Final 2018 Budget Hearing on December 14, 2017, at 6:45 p.m. at Elmer City Town Hall. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written or oral comments at said meeting. Elmer City Town Hall is accessible to the handicapped.

The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony and adopt written findings and conclusions justifying the establishment of a moratorium, Ordinance No. 1044, on the filing and acceptance of business licenses, permits, and/or development applications for, and the location of, land uses operating or conducting commercial mini-storage businesses or operations.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and provide testimony.

Written comments may be delivered to City Hall at the above address, or mailed to PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133.

The public hearing will be held in the council chambers of the City Hall, located at 306 Midway Avenue.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the FINAL 2018 Budget Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on December 19, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2018 budget at said public hearing. The council chamber is handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special classes of citizens, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving seventy-two (72) hour advance notice.
