ELEMENT of the Comprehensive Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public workshop will be held by Electric City from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 22, 2018, at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington, to receive public input regarding revisions to the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. The Land Use Element contains five sections: residential land use; commercial land use; industrial land use; urban growth area; andcritical areas.

The public is encouraged to attend, comment and be involved with reviewing the proposed amendments. You can also submit comments regarding the Comprehensive Plan in writing to City of Electric City, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. Please call 509-633-1510 or go to our web-site electriccity.us for more information. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elmer City will hold a closed bid auction for its 1992 S-10. Vehicle still runs but cannot be driven due to collision damage. Sealed bids can be submitted at the town hall, 505 Seaton Avenue. Bids will be opened on Monday, May 14, at 11 a.m. Payment must be received by 11 a.m. on May 15. NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS ITEMS

The City of Grand Coulee will sell, by sealed bids, a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban, sold as is. It is available for viewing at Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway Avenue, Grand Coulee. Minimum bid is $1000.00. Bids must be submitted on city supplied bid form which may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, 306 Midway Ave., PO Box 180, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. The Bids will be opened and awarded to the highest responsive bidder before the close of business May 17, 2018.

Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington

Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will be changing the regular board meeting date for the month of May. The next board meeting will be held Wednesday May 30, 2018 at 6 p.m., in the Coulee Medical Center training room.
