To the Citizens of the Town of Coulee Dam, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Coulee Dam will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 300 Lincoln Ave, Coulee Dam, WA on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 6:00pm to take public testimony to consider adoption of an ordinance allowing ATV use within town limits.

The Keller School District 003 will have a public hearing to discuss and accept public input regarding the 2018-19 School Year Operating Budget. Following the public discussions, the Directors will take action to revise and/or adopt the 2018-19 Budget. Any person may appear at this meeting and be heard for or against any part of such budget, the four year budget plan, or any proposed changes to uses of enrichment funding under RCW 28A505.240. A copy of the proposed 2018-19 Operating Budget may be viewed or received by contacting the Keller School District, 634-4325, or at the Keller School District Office.

Budget Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that Grand Coulee Dam School District No. 301J, will hold a public hearing in the Lake Roosevelt High School Library at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of July 2018 for the purpose of affording the residents of said school district the opportunity to be heard on the proposed 2018-19 school district budget. The district has the preliminary budget complete and a copy is on file in the school district business office. A copy will be furnished to any person who calls upon the district for it.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following shoreline development conditional use permits:
The Colville Tribes Fish and Wildlife department has submitted a shoreline development conditional use permit application for habitat improvement that will consist of the following:
1. Iron Creek located along Iron Creek Road/ BIA Road 84 (Tribal Tract 101-T5097; T31N, R33E, S32) to remove existing culvert and install a precast concrete bridge that will be dismantled at Strawberry Creek (along or near BIA Road 1025 (Tribal Tract 101-T3932; T34N, R31E, S35) and installed at the Iron Creek location. This will include abutments, footings, wing walls and guardrails.
2. Strawberry Creek located along or near BIA Road 1025 (Tribal Tract 101-T3932; T34N, R31E, S35) will be to remove the existing failed bridge (that will be relocated to Iron Creek) and replace it with a longer span bridge. This will include abutments, wing walls, footings and guardrails.
3. North Nanamkin Creek located along North Nanamkin Creek BIA Road 1003 (Tribal Tract 101-T4666; T33N, R32E, S34) will be to extend abutments and footings to existing bridge to beneath the scour line for protection due to erosion.
4. Thirty Mile Creek located along Thirty Mile Creek Keno Trail BIA Road 1045 (Tribal Tract 101-T4770; T32N, R33E, S16) will install scour protection to abutments/footings on an existing bridge.
5. Spring development within an unnamed type 4 stream located in Moses Meadows Lyman Lake area within Tribal Tract 101-T3425; T34N, R30E, S18.
All properties are located within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Okanogan and Ferry Counties.
The Colville Tribes Environmental Trust department has submitted a shoreline development conditional use permit for a 10 year project in the Upper San Poil Watershed to accomplish goals of the Tribes Integrated Resource Management Plan. The work includes culvert removal/replacements; road drainage improvements; road closures; and road decommissioning. The project is located within various Tribal Tracts within Townships 32, 33, 34 North, Ranges 31, 32, 33, 34 East and various sections. All properties are located within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation and Ferry County.
A public hearing for the above mentioned Conditional Use Permits will be conducted on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at the Colville Tribes Public Works Department located at 12 Lakes Street (Colville Indian Agency) starting at 9:30 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until Monday July 23, 2018 at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing. All comments may be sent to Pete Palmer, Land Use/Shoreline Administrator, Public Works Department, P.O. Box 150, Nespelem, WA 99155 or they can be emailed to her attention at pete.palmer@colvilletribes.com.
