Deceased. RCW 11.40.030
The Administrator named below has been appointed as Administrator of this estate. Any person having a claim against the deceased must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statue of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Administrator or to the Administrator’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the Administrator served or mailed the notice to the creditors as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1) (c); or (2) four months after the date of the first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent’s probate and nonprobate assets.

On the 14th day of August 2018 the City Council of Electric City passed the following ordinance. A summary of the content of said ordinance, consisting of the title, provides as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 532-2018
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO FALCON VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS, LP, D/B/A CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS (herein referred to as the “Grantee”), TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF ELECTRIC CITY (herein referred to as the “Grantor”) AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF FRANCHISE.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP REVIEWING
Elements of the Comprehensive Plan and Capital Facilities Plan
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public workshop will be held by Electric City from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on September 4th, 2018 at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington, to receive public input regarding revisions to the Comprehensive Plan.
The Comprehensive plan is a document designed to guide the future actions of a community. It presents a vision for the future, with long-range goals and objectives for all activities that affect the local government.
The capital facilities plan is a six or more year plan of capital projects with estimated costs and proposed methods of financing.
The public is encouraged to attend, comment and be involved with reviewing the proposed amendments. You can also submit comments regarding the Comprehensive Plan in writing to City of Electric City, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. The City of Electric City will be accepting applications for the use of Lodging Tax Funds from all eligible organizations September 1 through September 28, 2018.
