10/22 - A tow tag was placed on a Honda on Hill Avenue and a letter sent to the registered owner.
- A man reported he was being harassed on social media by another man. Police contacted the other man and told him not to contact the first man anymore.
- A Roosevelt Drive woman filmed a chihuahua defecating in her yard, then showed the police. The dog was seen at a nearby residence, but the owner wasn’t home. The owner was mailed a $66 citation for having a dog at large.
10/23 - A man pulled over on Banks was cited for having an expired registration, a defective license plate lamp, and no insurance.
- A Martin Road residence was burglarized while the woman who lives there was asleep. The burglar was wearing a dark hoodie, and the woman saw him before he fled. The burglar broke into the woman’s shop, then her car, from which a spare house key was stolen. A bag containing items from the shop was found in the yard, and returned to the woman. The woman said he had taken an antique jewelry box with costume jewelry from the house. There are no leads on the suspect. Police recommended the woman have her locks changed since keys were stolen.
- While responding to a report of a suspicious person standing outside of a Burdin Blvd. home in his pajamas, the officer found the man to be a neighbor who said he was outside looking at the deer. The officer left after briefly speaking with the man.
10/24 - A Burdin Blvd. woman reported that someone turned on a backyard faucet at an unoccupied duplex she owns. She believes it was her neighbor. The officer reported no damage to the property, and advised the woman to remove the hose, and to inform the housing authority.
- An Electric City man reported a loose dog he knew to have been declared dangerous. An officer didn’t find the dog running loose, but did find it tied up at the owner’s house. The owner said that his dog had been home during this time, and that another dog must have been mistaken for his.
10/25 - A driver was pulled over near the overlook area just above Grand Coulee Dam for swerving multiple times over both the center line and fog line was charged with driving under the influence after failing field sobriety tests. The man was given a ride home, and his vehicle towed.

10/23 - A man cited for not having a front license plate on his vehicle after being pulled over on Columbia had been told a few months earlier to put a front plate on. “I just have not gotten around to it,” he said.
10/26 - A driver pulled over on Elmer City Access Road was issued a citation for making an illegal turn from River Drive onto the southbound lane access road as he headed north. “There was nobody there,” the man said about the intersection.
