Budget Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Coulee Dam will hold a Final Budget Hearing on November 28, 2018, 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall. Copies of the 2019 Preliminary Budget are available at Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide either written or oral comments concerning the 2019 Budget at said Hearing.

WORKS ROSTER

In accordance with RCW 39.04.155, the Nespelem School District hereby gives notice as follows:

Contractors that wish to be placed on the District’s Small Works Roster to perform projects through August 31, 2019, please mail a letter of intent to the following address and we will mail you a small works roster application packet. Applications will be accepted November 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019.

FINAL BUDGET HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Grant County Port District No 7 will hold its Final Budget Hearing on Thursday, November 29, at 4:00pm at the Electric City Airport Office. The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Commissioners will immediately follow the Budget Hearing. Copies of the 2019 Preliminary Budget may be requested by writing Grant County Port District No. 7, P. O. Box 616, Grand Coulee, WA, or by calling 509-631-1463.

ORDINANCES ADOPTED BY THE TOWN OF COULEE DAM

Ordinance 765 – an ordinance setting salaries and wages for officers and employees of the Town of Coulee Dam for the calendar year 2019 and repealing ordinance no. 757.

Ordinance 766 – an ordinance fixing the amounts to be raised by Ad Valorem Taxes for the Year 2019.

Ordinance 767 – an ordinance amending the 2018 Budget of the Town of Coulee Dam, as adopted in Ordinance No. 753.

Grant County Conservation District

Board of Supervisors

PUBLIC NOTICE

A polling site election for an open position on the Grant County Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be held on February 12, 2019 from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM at the Grant County Conservation District, 1107 S Juniper Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

 Interested candidates must be registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the District.  Candidates may be required to be landowners or operators of a farm, depending on the current composition of the District board of supervisors.  The filing deadline for candidates to file their candidate information is January 15, 2019 by 4:30 PM.  Interested candidates must file their candidate information at the following location, Grant County Conservation District, 1107 S Juniper Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

 Eligible voters are registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the District.  The last day and time that voters can request absentee ballots from the District is January 22, 2019 by 4:30 PM.  Absentee ballots can be requested from Grant County Conservation District, Lyle Stoltman, 1107 S Juniper Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, (509) 765-9618, or email lyle-stoltman@conservewa.net.

 A conservation district supervisor is a public official who serves without compensation and who sets policy and direction for the conservation district.  The published election procedures can be viewed at the District office and are available from the Washington State Conservation Commission at http://scc.wa.gov/.
