About consolidating cities

I was asked where Electric City sewer goes. And if we do this, how much more will w/s/g go up after we just got a hike in this? And our zip codes would change; how many people would have to be notified and have to get a mail person to deliver our mail?

You, Birdie, have started a lot of stuff that has cost money and never gets done. Like the parks. And this is what we need to think about, people.

I think Electric City’s council needs to take control of their council.
