1/23 - A man in a wheelchair was reportedly yelling at the manager and tenants at apartments on Continental Street. While an officer spoke with the manager, the man was reportedly yelling about the illuminati, freemasons, ghosts, the Bible, and more. A tenant said she felt threatened by him, and that this has happened before. A few hours later, the same man called police to say some ninjas had been in his home and replaced his old radio with a new one, and that some people had shared top-secret government intelligence with him. The officer told him he should change his locks. The man called the officer later, requesting the manager release security footage. The officer told the man he couldn’t force the manager to release security footage. The man muttered obscenities, then hung up.
1/25 - A dog known to live at an A Street residence was running at large. The dog appeared to have slipped out of its collar and leash, and was returned to the yard and placed in the collar by an officer.
- A man known to be wanted on a warrant was spotted by an officer at Safeway, arrested, and taken to county jail.
1/26 - A Roosevelt Drive woman’s truck was reportedly struck and damaged while parked sometime in the night or early morning. Photographs were taken of the damage to the driver-side fender.
1/28 - A vehicle parked on Midway Avenue near Foisy & Kennedy was marked as an unauthorized vehicle. Parking is not allowed between the hours of 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Midway from Federal Avenue to the Four Corners area.
- A Young Street man reported that a young girl had stolen a bean-bag chair worth $150 off a school bus. An officer contacted the girl’s mother, who gave the officer the bean-bag chair.

1/22 - A high school girl was caught with a green leafy substance, a tin box, and a vape pen. The girl said a friend asked her to hold onto it until the school dance later that week. The items were seized by police.
1/24 - A Wilbur auto body business was contacted to impound a car parked illegally on Fir and Mead streets. The car had been parked there for a week, and police were unable to contact the registered owner.
1/25 - A driver pulled over at Pole Park for having a headlight out was cited for driving without insurance.
