Notice of Change of Regular Meeting Date
Public Hospital District No. 6,
Douglas, Grant, Lincoln,
& Okanogan Counties, Washington
Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Medical Clinic, will be changing the regular board meeting date for the month of March.
The next Board meeting will be held Monday, April 1, 2019, at 6 p.m. in the
Coulee Medical Center training room.

NOTICE OF STATE’S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASES
Department of Natural Resources will begin negotiation of expiring leases with existing lessees on the following parcels. All leases are subject to third party bids by interested parties. Lease terms and bidding information is available by calling the Southeast Region at 509-925-8510 or by visiting the Region Office at 713 Bowers Road, Ellensburg, Washington 98926. These leases expire August 31, 2019.

Written request to lease must be received by April 29, 2019, at the Department of Natural Resources, 713 Bowers Road, Ellensburg, Washington 98926.
Each request to lease must contain a certified check or money order payable to the Department of Natural Resources for the amount of any bonus bid, plus a $100 deposit. The envelope must be marked “Sealed Bid” and give the lease number, expiration date of lease applied for, and give the applicant’s name. The applicant must be prepared to purchase any improvements that belong to the current lessee. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
For the City of Electric City
Entrance Sign Fabrication and
Installation Services project.
The City of Electric City is requesting qualifications and proposals for a city entrance sign. The sign should be designed to the specifications as stated in this RFP.
Responses Due April 25, 2019 and must be received on the enclosed bid sheet.

OVERVIEW
The City invites proposals from qualified sign fabrication and installation firms to design, build and install one (1) sign, on State Hwy 155 located at the entrance into the City of Electric City, Washington.
Proposals are being solicited only from qualified and established firms known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the work of signage fabrication and installation. Satisfactory evidence that the proposer and their team has the necessary capital, equipment and personnel to do the work may be required.
Those firms interested should submit sealed bids containing a letter of interest and response to our Request for Proposal (RFP), as further defined in the full RFP. It is preferred that proposers provide five printed (5) originals. Proposals must be clearly marked:

Nespelem School District No. 14
2018-2019 BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Nespelem School District No. 14 is preparing to change the 2018-19 Capital Projects Fund budget. The Directors will meet on April 9, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. in the district office conference room for the purpose of fixing and adopting these changes for the current fiscal year.
