GCD School Board Meeting

The Grand Coulee Dam School District will be holding its board meeting at 6 p.m., Monday, April 22, at the LRHS library.

Food Bank Distributing Easter Meal Items This Friday

The Care and Share Food Bank will be giving out Easter meal items this Friday, April 19. It will be open 1 hour earlier from 1-4 p.m.

The food bank normal operating hours are every Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. It is located at the Church of Nazarene, Hwy 174, Grand Coulee. Clients are encouraged to provide their own containers to carry groceries home in. Call Pastor Shawn for information: 633-2566.

Okanogan County School Retirees

Association to Meet

The Okanogan County School Retirees’ Association will meet Friday, April 26, 11 a.m., for a general meeting and no-host luncheon at Whistler’s Restaurant, 616 Whitcomb Ave., Tonasket. A tour of Tonasket School Garden and a musical program featuring boomwhackers at Tonasket Elementary School will follow the meeting.
