After repeated reports, an officer listened in from a distance to the man talking to a friend outside, and determined he wasn’t yelling or even talking about her. The police report notes that the officer believes it to be nothing more than neighbors who don’t get along.
6/17 - An anonymous caller reported two upstairs neighbors being loud. One neighbor immediately turned down their music when an officer knocked, but wouldn’t answer the door. The other upstairs neighbor was asleep with a loud television and the officer couldn’t wake him from the window.
