McCool, of Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C., at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action is the abatement of a dangerous building and assessment of monetary fines or penalties. The Defendants are alleged to be have failed to abate a dangerous building on property belonging to the above-named Defendants.

PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING

ZONING AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY that the Electric City Council will hold the continuation of the June 25, 2019 public hearing at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, September 10th at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue to take public testimony on proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Title 16, and 18 of the Electric City Municipal Code. The amendments have been developed by the Planning Agency and staff to address: Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Electric City Municipal Code Title 16.10 Critical Areas, and Title 18 including 18.05 General Provisions, 18.10 Districts Established, 18.18 S-1 Zone, 18.20 R-1 Zone, 18.36 C-3 Zone, 18.40 General Use, 18.45 General Regulations, 18.47 Landscape Buffers, and 18.60 Signs.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at City Hall or on the web site at http://www.electriccity.us. City Hall is accessible to persons of all abilities.
