NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Electric City will hold a public hearing to consider revenue sources for the 2020 budget, including consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at 5:45 p.m. at the Electric City Hall, 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on revenue sources for the 2020 budget at said public hearing. City Hall is accessible to persons of all abilities.

McCool, of Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C., at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action is the abatement of a dangerous building and assessment of monetary fines or penalties. The Defendants are alleged to be have failed to abate a dangerous building on property belonging to the above-named Defendants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:

A Petition was filed on September 17, 2019 in the above court to appoint Lorene Wisener and Stan Fukuhara as Co-Trustees for purposes of caring for the property, real and personal, of Charles J. Baker of Grand Coulee, WA., an absent owner. A hearing will be held on: November 8, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. in the Superior Court Courtroom, Grant County Courthouse, 35 C St. NW, Ephrata, WA.

ALL PERSONS HAVING KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING CHARLES J. BAKER, an absentee, are requested to appear at said hearing and give facts and circumstances which will aid the court to determine if said absentee’s whereabouts can be ascertained.

In the event the court determines that the whereabouts of the absentee cannot be ascertained, the Court will be asked to find that the above petitioners are suitable persons to act as co-trustees.
