The Town of Elmer City will hold a meeting on Thursday October 10, 2019 at 6:00 PM at City Hall for the purpose of working on the 2020 Elmer City Budget. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written or oral comments at said meeting. Elmer City Town Hall is located at 505 Seaton Avenue, and is accessible to the handicapped.

NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
ZONING AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY that the Electric City Council will hold the continuation of the September 10, 2019 public hearing at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, October 8th, at City Hall located at 10 Western Avenue, to take public testimony on proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Title 16, and 18 of the Electric City Municipal Code. The amendments have been developed by the Planning Agency and staff to address: Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Electric City Municipal Code Title 16.10 Critical Areas, and Title 18 including 18.05 General Provisions, 18.10 Districts Established, 18.18 S-1 Zone, 18.20 R-1 Zone, 18.36 C-3 Zone, 18.40 General Use, 18.45 General Regulations, 18.47 Landscape Buffers, and 18.60 Signs.
Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at City Hall or on the web site at http://www.electriccity.us. City Hall is accessible to persons of all abilities.

Description of proposal: Approval of a two-lot short plat proposed by Matt. W. Snyder of Electric City, Washington. Lot 1 will be 11.16 acres and Lot 2 will be 2.81 acres.
Location of proposal, including street address, if any: The proposed plat is located on the Snyder Hill Road in the northern portion of City of Electric City, Washington within S1/2 of the SE ¼ of Section 10, T. 28 N, R. 30 E.W.M.

This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS.
