- A Grand Coulee officer assisted Coulee Dam police with an accident on Birch Street in Coulee Dam. There was a damaged newer Subaru parked on the road, and another vehicle a couple houses ahead. The passenger of that vehicle was in pain and taken to the hospital. Coors beer cans and bottles were wedged under the driver’s seat, and marijuana was also found, according to the officers report. The driver was given a sobriety test and was unsuccessful in giving a breathalyzer sample. Coulee Dam police took her to Okanogan County Jail.
10/12 - A woman on Coulee Boulevard reported damage to a parking cone she had placed in the back parking lot of apartments there. A yard sale across the street brought people to the parking lot, blocking her in at one point, she said. The woman said she will review her video footage to see if she could see the plates of a black truck said to have run over the cone.

- A man reported that two people may have broken into his storage unit along SR-174 and fled. He followed them, and they went to a Cardinal Road address. Police spoke to the suspects, who said they were looking in a black bag near the units. One of them said a cat jumped out of the bag and scared them. Both stories were similar. Police were allowed to search the vehicle for the missing items, which weren’t found. The reporting party was told this and thanked police for their help.
