Quite a valentine

Brad Oliver proposes to Patty Davis at the conclusion of her PK's Culinary Valentines Day dinner weekend Saturday night. The local businessman involved in the Wine Bar and Coulee Internet said Davis, a chef who grew up locally and came back to open her business, makes him want to be a better human.
