Grand Coulee won't shut off utilities during COVID-19 epidemic

The Grand Coulee council voted at their March 17 meeting not to shut off anyone's utilities for non-payment during the COVID-19, coronavirus epidemic.

The council decided to review late fees for non-payment on a case by case basis.
