Notice is hereby given that Grand Coulee Dam School District #301J, will hold a public budget hearing to review the 2020-2021 budget in the Lake Roosevelt Jr. /Sr. High School Library at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th day of July, 2020.
Regular board meeting will follow the hearing.

BIDS FOR 2018 JEEP RENEGADE
The City of Electric City will sell by sealed bid the following:
2018 Sport Utility Jeep Renegade with approximately
5,900 miles on odometer, minimum bid is $17,000.
The vehicle is being sold AS IS and is available for viewing. Please call City Hall at (509) 633-1510 to make an appointment during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am– 5:00pm). Bids must be submitted on the City supplied bid form which may be obtained at Electric City City Hall or online at http://www.electriccity.us/bid-process-and-bid-awards. Sealed bids must be received at City Hall (10 Stevens Ave., Electric City) by 4:00pm, Friday, July 31, 2020. Sealed Bids, plainly marked “Sealed Bid,” will be opened at 4:00pm. The successful bidder will submit payment and remove the purchased item by 4:00pm, Friday, August 14, 2020. Failure to pay for and remove the purchased item will cause the item to be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Notice is hereby given that Nespelem School District No. 14 will hold their FY2020-21 Public Budget Hearing as part of their regular monthly Board Meeting. The Directors will meet on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the district office conference room and by Zoom for
the purpose of adopting this budget for next fiscal year. Any person may appear at this time and be heard for or against any part of the budget. By order of the Board of Directors.

APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS
TAKE NOTICE:
That the City of Electric City, WA on July 17, 2009 under Application No. G3-30597, filed for permit to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from five wells in the amount of 1200 gallons per minute, each year, for continuous municipal supply. The three existing points of withdrawal (wells) are located within the NE¼NE¼ and the two proposed points of withdrawal (wells) will be located within the SE¼NE¼ of Section 16, Township 28 N., Range 30 E.W.M., in Grant County.
Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from
July 29, 2020.
