9/7 - A shed door had been blown open from the wind and damaged. Police secured the door the best they could. A neighbor said they would tell the owner.

9/8 - Police checked on an open door on the second floor of Pepper Jack’s and found nothing of note.

- The owner of property on Electric Boulevard said he didn’t want a woman staying there. The woman was banned from the property.

9/9 - Police assisted in getting an intoxicated man on Federal Avenue to his home.

- A woman’s infant was locked inside of her SUV at The Coulee Wall Variety Store. The officer was allowed to break a window in order to unlock the vehicle. The officer also cleaned up the glass.

9/12 - Police found an abandoned 1975 Ford LTD in the alleyway behind city hall. The keys were in the vehicle. A check on the expired license plate showed that the vehicle wasn’t stolen.

- A woman was bit by a pitbull mix dog that had gotten under her fence. The woman had been putting rocks near the fence to block the opening when the dog returned and bit her arms and legs, requiring medical attention. The owners on Nucoulee Boulevard said they were going to put the dog down. They were cited for the dog bite.

9/13 - Someone reported a jetski seemingly adrift near some reeds near Osborne Bay, and was worried the driver may have fallen off. Police were unable to locate the craft or any people in that area.

9/14 - A woman was concerned for the well being of another woman who was walking down the street wearing only men’s boxers and a T-shirt. Police later found that woman near Kelso Avenue. She appeared to be doing fine; she asked the officer his name and when he was done with his shift, then jogged away.

- A woman on First Street reported another woman taking her car keys with her after helping unload some oxygen tanks. The woman called back saying the keys were returned to her. 

- A woman reported being assaulted by another woman in the hospital parking lot. She said she had been assaulted by her before and would discuss possibly pressing charges. Police asked the hospital for surveillance footage.

- Police were unable to locate a gray van with an old bearded man who was reported to have been recording girls at the skatepark with his cell phone before leaving toward Electric City.

Coulee Dam Police

8/31 - An officer ran the plate of a white Pontiac he saw near Lincoln and Columbia Avenue and found that it was stolen. The officer followed the vehicle near Civic Way and Pine Street before turning on his car’s lights to pull it over. The officer drew his gun and asked the driver to get out. The driver started to run but then she stopped. She wasn’t arrested for her misdemeanor warrants, and the car wasn’t actually stolen as she is one of the registered owners. She was cited for driving with a suspended license, and the vehicle was towed. 

9/6 - A woman on Columbia Avenue woke up and saw another woman inside her fence, who then left. Later, the homeowner and her husband found drug paraphernalia including six syringes, Q-tips, and a spoon with white residue on it. Police took the items and destroyed them.

- A man was cited for assault with sexual intent following an incident at the Coulee House motel in which it was reported the man grabbed a 16-year-old girl who was also at the motel.  

- Police checked on the welfare of a Central Drive woman. Another woman said she talks to her daily and it was unusual that she wasn’t returning calls or texts. The officer knocked on the woman’s door and heard her say “help” from the back of the house. The woman was lying on the floor near a couch. EMTs took her to the hospital.

9/10 - A woman reported a possibly drunken man in her backyard on Columbia Avenue. Police were unable to find the man.
