9/18 - A Kent Street man said he didn’t want to press charges against a man he said had come to his home to collect on a debt but punched him the face and threatened him with a hammer when he only paid him $20. The report didn’t specify what the total debt was.
- An officer spoke with a woman from Grand Coulee on the phone. The woman was difficult to talk to and slurred her words, and the officer found himself repeating himself to her quite often. The woman said she loaned her credit card to a man who hadn’t returned it. The officer explained she could cancel the card by calling the company that gave her the card. The woman asked him to do it for her. He declined. He said he would tell the man with the card to return it to her if the officer saw him.
9/22 - A Grand Avenue man reported his Honda motorcycle was stolen from his residence. He found his gloves and helmet nearby.
- A sex toy was found on the hood of a car on King Street. Police threw it away.
- A request was made for extra patrols in an alleyway behind Pearl Avenue because of heavy foot traffic there late at night.
9/23 - A door to a unit was kicked in at Sunbanks Resort, where dirty towels were in the bathroom and the bed had been slept in.
- In Electric City, a Stevens Avenue man agreed to leave for the night after a domestic dispute. Police observed no evidence of physical violence.
9/24 - A stolen motorcycle was found in the backyard of a Palmer Avenue residence. No suspects.
9/27 - A duck on Roosevelt Drive did not quack in the presence of an officer who responded to an anonymous complaint of quacking.
9/28 - A woman on Coulee Boulevard said she kicked her son and daughter out of her apartment for doing drugs, and that the son threatened to break back in and do damage. She later reported a tomato plant had been thrown on the road, and that it looked like they had tried to break in.
- A Division Street woman reported her identity was stolen as someone bought a nearly $2,800 computer shipped to a Delaware address. Police in Delaware said they would check out the given address. Two other orders were placed, shipping to Texas and Ohio.

9/21 - A Columbia Avenue woman thought she saw a man in the hallway around midnight, but told police that she was mistaken due to having a panic attack, and that no one was in the hallway.
9/22 - A Central Drive man suspects someone of putting a broadleaf weed killer on his pumpkin patch near the street. A white residue was found on the leaves. Damage is estimated at $125.
9/23 - Someone at the Coulee House motel was abusing the 911 call system and was apparently high or intoxicated. The manager of the motel was unable to find what room the calls were coming from.
