Notice is hereby given that the Town of Nespelem will hold a Preliminary Budget Hearing on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, 5:00 PM at Town Hall. Copies of the 2021 Preliminary Budget are available at Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide either written or oral comments concerning the 2021 Budget at said Preliminary Budget Hearing.

The Delano Transfer Station will be closed on Thursday, November 26th Thanksgiving Day and Friday, November 27th. Normal operating hours will resume on Saturday, November 28th at 8:00am.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Electric City will hold a Preliminary 2021 Budget Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00pm via teleconference (call City Hall at 633-1510 for instructions). Copies of the 2021 Preliminary Budget will be available at City Hall during normal business hours beginning Friday, November 20, 2020. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide written comments concerning the 2021 preliminary budget at said hearing.

Notice of Public Budget Hearing and Change of Regular Meeting Time
Public Hospital District No. 6,
Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, & Okanogan Counties, Washington
Public Hospital District No. 6, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, Washington; which operates Coulee Medical Center and Coulee City Clinic, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2021 budget for the aforementioned facilities.
The hearing, open to the public, is Monday, November 30th 2020 at 5:45pm via zoom, the zoom information can be found at http://www.cmccares.org.
A summary of the proposed budget is available in advance for interested parties and may be obtained for review by contacting the Chief Financial Officer at Coulee Medical Center.
The regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting for November will be immediately following the budget hearing.

CALL FOR BIDS FOR 2018 IPAD PRO
The City of Electric City will sell, by sealed bid, three gently used 2018 iPad Pros. Each machine comes with an Apple Pencil, has a 10.5” screen and 64GB of memory. Each machine will be sold separately and must be bid on separately. Minimum bid for each machine is $200. The iPads have been restored to factory settings, are being sold AS IS and are available for viewing at Electric City City Hall during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm). Bids must be submitted on the City supplied bid form which may be obtained at Electric City City Hall or online at www.electriccity.us/bid-process-and-bid-awards

NOTICE OF INTENT TO
FILE APPLICATION
There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:45pm at City Hall (10 Stevens Ave, Electric City) to discuss the City’s intent to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U.S Department of Agriculture Rural Development. The Project is for the purchase of a new pickup for the Public Works Department. An outline of this proposed project is available at City Hall at the address above.
