Wilbur exploring transitional kindergarten

Wilbur and Creston School Districts are exploring the possibility of offering 4-year-old transitional kindergarten and a regular 5-year-old kindergarten. Both programs would be 5 full day, 5 day a week classes with transportation provided the same as regular elementary school.
