6/22- A man and woman on Roosevelt Drive apologized to police for arguing outside when police responded to the location because of the argument. 

- Police responded to Eden Harbor where a man reportedly was screaming profanities near the docks. Police found the man at the docks taking his clothes off, then jumping in the water. While he was in the water police asked him what was going on. The man admitted to screaming profanities. Police told him he was scaring people and to stop. Police have seen the same man screaming at cars before. 

- A Grand Coulee officer helped Coulee Dam Police and a U.S. marshall on Cedar Street in Coulee Dam, where a woman fugitive was wanted on drug-related charges and locked inside a residence. Marshalls attempted to breach the front door, which seemed barricaded by furniture, then the back door. When they opened that door, the suspect came out with her hands up and was arrested by the marshalls.

6/23 - A man said that someone stole four of his nicest poles out of 16 that were on his boat at Coulee Playland. The man said the thief must have a good knowledge of fishing gear. The gear was estimated at $800 in value.

- A homeless man with three shopping carts was banned from staying on Coulee Playland property. 

6/24 - A man staying at Sunbanks Resort was banned from a Grand Avenue address after fighting with a woman there he was dating.

- Police explained to a Continental Heights man that 911 was for emergency use only. He had called 911 to report that his phone was out of minutes when he needed to contact a friend. Police contacted the friend for him.

6/25 - A man was reportedly breaking into the fenced-off storage yard  at Bird’s Autobody and stealing items. Surveillance footage showed the man, and police are collecting the footage. 

6/26 - A man believed to be doing drugs was banned from Trail West Motel. He left the motel early with reimbursement for what he  had paid to stay there. 

- A truck towing a boat was blocking alley access at Weil Place and Center Street. The owner’s brother said he would relay the information to move the vehicle. 

- A man and woman were reported as breaking the vacuum at a Federal Avenue car wash. Police saw a broken part of the vacuum and coins on the ground. The owners were contacted.

6/28 - A $250 go-kart motor was reported stolen from Birds Autobody. Police are investigating a possible suspect.

- A woman was banned from the trailer court on Grand Coulee Avenue, and her husband was told about the eviction process for getting a man to leave a trailer that he lives in. 

- A white Pontiac was blocking a lane of the highway on the dam hill and had its hazard lights on. A woman said she ran out of gas. An officer helped her get the car off the road and parked safely. She admitted to not having a license. The officer told her to have a licensed driver retrieve the vehicle. 

- A man on Main Street explained to police that he’d grabbed his puppy by the neck to discipline it and to keep it from running into traffic after a woman reported him as abusing the animal. The woman was also upset the man yelled at her and used obscenities when she confronted him on her own. The officer explained that the man was exercising his first amendment right and that when you confront people, even with the best intentions, you could get yelled at. The officer also explained that people are allowed to discipline their animals, especially to keep them safe.
