North Cascades Bank, division of Glacier Bank, has recently announced the appointment of Beth Stipe as Chair of their Board of Directors, Stipe has over 25 years of experience in governance and board leadership and joined the North Cascades Bank Board in June 2018. She is the Executive Director of the Community Foundation of North Central Washington and has led the Foundation for 18 years. Stipe has a BA from Indiana University and a Masters of Nonprofit Management degree from Regis University, and is a certified advisor in philanthropy.
