FOR SALE BY BID

Douglas County FPD #3 has 2 vehicles for sale by bid. They will be sold as is with the fire commissioners making final decision on accepting the bid. Any questions call Fire Chief, Cory at 509-683-3062. Bids are to be mailed to DCFPD#3 at 1333 State Rte 174, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. Bds must be received by August 21, 2021.

Vehicle #1: 1995 4x4 Chevrolet Suburban. Used as incite command vehicle

Vehicle #2: 1983 Ford 4x4 set up as a brush truck, needs work. Has ot be in service for a couple of years. Truck ran when parked.

Amendments to Zoning Code

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Electric City is considering amendments to Chapters 18.05.010 Definitions, 18.40.022 Accessory Dwelling Units, Table 2 18.45.020, 18.45.060, 18.40.020, 18.40.070 District Use Chart and Chapter 18.70 Recreational Vehicle Parks.

Persons wishing to view project information may contact Electric City City Hall, 10 Stevens Avenue, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Written comments must be submitted to the City of Electric City, PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123, no later than 4:00 PM, Monday August 23, 2021 with verbal comments accepted at the Planning Commission Public Hearing set for 6:00 pm on August 25, 2021 at Electric City City Hall. Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Electric City Planning Commission will hold an open record public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Electric City City Hall on the proposed amendments to Chapters 18.05.010 Definitions, 18.40.022 Accessory Dwelling Units, Table 2 18.45.020, 18.45.060, 18.40.020, 18.40.070 District Use Chart and Chapter 18.70 Recreational Vehicle Parks.

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those requiring assistance are requested to contact City Hall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing to notify the City of the type of assistance required. Persons wishing to view project information may contact Electric City City Hall, 10 Stevens Avenue Street between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
