The busy last hurrah

Northrup Point Boat Launch bustles Monday night as boaters pull out of Banks Lake at Steamboat Rock State Park at the end of the Labor Day holiday. Plenty of boats hit the water for what for many is a last summer outing, but hikers were curtailed if they planned on hiking in the super dry conditions.
