Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Meeting Change
The Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles Lodge will be holding their winter meetings have bee changed to the first ad third Mondays of the month. They will begin at 2 p.m.
Applications are now beging accepted for membership.

Meeting Rescheduled
Because of a lack of quorum at last week’s RBOM meeting we have rescheduled it for this coming Thursday, October 14 at 4pm. Since that is considered a special meeting, I need to let the paper know (Scott and Jacob have both been sent the Zoom link as well as this is an in-person meeting at Electric City City Hall).
Food Bank Open for Drive-Through
Care & Share Food Bank is open Fridays from 1-3 p.m., for drive-through service. Please wear a mask.
New Cancer
Support Group
Cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors have been gathering semiweekly to talk, in a safe environment with honesty about the physical, emotional and spiritual impact of cancer. The group meets the first and third Thursdays of the month at 6 p.m. in the multipurpose area of the Nazarene Church. Face masks and social distancing are maintained.
AA Meetings for GCD and Nespelem Area
Confused in the Coulee AA meetings are held on Mondays and Fridays at 6 p.m. at the Vets Center in Electric City. Call Paul at 633-3377 days or 633-3345 evenings.
New Hope Group meetings are held Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at the Vets Center. These are open and non-smoking.
A new Alcoholics Anonymous group is meeting each Saturday at noon at the Grand Coulee Community Church, 405 Center St. Meetings are open. More information call 509.680.9549
In Nespelem, the group Bound and Determined holds its meetings Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Catholic Church. Contact Myrna at 634-4921 for more information.
