The Raiders played a tight game with the Reardan Indians Dec. 4 in Coulee Dam, and emerged the victor.
LR led 20-13 at the end of the first quarter, but Reardan came back, outscoring LR 16-9 in the second quarter to lead LR 30-29 at the end of the first half.
LR found their rhythm again in the second half, winning the game with a 64-57 final.
"We made a few adjustments at halftime," Head Coach Jeremy Crollard said. "We put Chase Clark on their post player who was hurting us. Chase darted him and held him to two points in the paint for the whole second half, and he had 12 in the first half. We also adjusted our press play, really attacked it and did layups and got them in foul trouble."
The Raiders played better after they got "some of their nerves out," he added.
"It felt good just being back on the court," he said. "To come out and play the way we did for the first game, I was pleased."
The Raiders were scheduled to play against Omak yesterday, results of which will be reported next week.
Their next game is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 10, at home in Coulee Dam against Tonasket with a 7 p.m. start time.
The next day, they are scheduled to play in Kittitas at 6 p.m.
