Seasonal celebrities arrive in Elmer City

Elmer City folks were excited for the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Clause Monday night on the top of a Grand Coulee fire engine, along with other seasonal favorites of kids - Elsa and Anna, and even the Grinch.
