Lock your cars to be safe from prowlers

Locking your car is a strong deterrent to vehicle prowlers.

At Electric City’s March 8 meeting, Sgt. Dan Holland of the Grand Coulee Police Department advised people to please lock their cars and noted an increase in car prowling in the area.
