Michael P. Bigelow

Mike entered this world on December 16th, 1977 and passed on Sunday, June 26th, 2022. He received a diagnosis of cancer 12 years ago. He fought a hard battle since then always maintaining a positive outlook, never once accepting discouragement.

The Okanogan Valley area remained his home most of his life. He cherished memories of escapades with friends growing up. His adventures included working alongside his brother at an Alaska fish processing company in the Aluetian Islands; a short time in the Seattle area with his lifelong friend Scott where he worked at a high end auto detailing shop bragging about the expensive cars he was able to drive; he loved attending local Barter Faires.

Mike was a fun and happy person, intensely caring, generous, inquisitive and always put others before him regardless of his own struggles. Mike was kindhearted, compassionate and stood by his convictions. He fiercely and deeply loved his family and friends. He had an amazing memory, retaining a vast amount of knowledge on what seemed to be just about everything.

Mike was welcomed into his next life by both sets of Grandparents, his father Joe Davidson, his Uncle Roger, lifelong friends Zak Brown and Jay Fox.

He is survived by his loving and loyal dog Teebs, his mother Debbie, brother Jarod and wife Angela, sisters Lauren and her fiancé Preston, and Rachel and her husband John. Nieces: Addison, Kiersten and Vivian; nephew Rylan and Tyler. Aunts and Uncles Darlene, Elsie, Robert, Travis, John and Alvis, numerous cousins, and a multitude of close friends near and far.

A special appreciation and infinite gratitude to his Dr. Andy Castrodale, nurses and staff at Coulee Medical Center who were more than his co-workers, you became family and he loved you. Words can't express how much you are missed Mike. Until we meet again.
